Documents Required for Visa processing:
1.    Photographs 3 copy (45mm x 45mm).
2.    Valid Passport Copy
3.    Company Registration Certificates
4.    Certificate of Job (Job holders only)
5.    Certificate of leave from company (job holders only)
6.    Bank balance certificates (5-7lac) or credit card
7.    Interview by consular with applicants.

Points to be considered during the tour:
•  Price is quoted in NPR per person and subject to change without prior notice.
•  Package rates are applicable for FIT & Group.
•  Hotel Accommodation are based on Double Room (2 person) Check – in time for hotel is 15:00 pm. And check out time is 10:00 am, late checkout may be allowed by hotel but not later than 2:00 .Late check out after 6: 00 pm will automatically be charged as one more night.
•  Extension of stay at hotel depends on hotel room availability at the time of passenger's request.
•  No amount will be refunded for unutilized portion of the tour program to passengers. In case of force module e.g.  Emergency, accident, storm, rally, typhoon etc which are beyond our control, Moon Sun Travel will not be liable to any surcharges / Penalties imposed by the hotel and other suppliers.
•  Maximum waiting time at the airport will be 1 hour upon flight touches down, any delay pax will have pay on their own for transfer services.
•  Maximum waiting time for tours will be 10 minutes from the stated pick up time; any delay pax will have pay on their own for transfer’s services.
•  Passenger should report 3 hours before the departure time at the airport.

   Interested person must book and submit required document with 50% advance.
